Class Description

Age 19+ Location: 125 Danforth Avenue, 2F Toronto Kick off your weekend with a creative night of pottery! In this class, you'll design and handbuild your own ceramic trinket dish using simple slab-building techniques — no experience needed. Whether you want to create something playful, beautiful, or meaningful, this is your space to express yourself and enjoy a relaxed, hands-on evening. Bring a friend (or make some new ones), enjoy good vibes, and make something truly personal to take home. What's included: 500 gr of clay Expert guidance from experienced instructors Enjoy a fun and relaxed atmosphere Finishing, Glazing, and Firing What to Bring: An apron or old shirt to protect your clothes A notebook or sketchbook for jotting down ideas Important Note: Arrive 5 minutes early to get settle in. Class will start on time and the instructor will not repeat demo to ensure smooth session and to be fair to other students. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the class, and no refunds will be provided. First and last 15 minutes will be used for check-in, check-out and mix & mingle. Pick up will ready in 3 weeks. Finished pieces will be ready to pick up within three weeks. This class focuses on building and shaping your piece — underglazing or painting is not included. You’re welcome to decorate using texture or by sculpting and attaching small elements like flowers or figurines. If you’d like to paint your piece after the first firing, you’ll need to book a separate session. We recommend wearing something comfortable that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. Refund Eligibility : No refunds. Rescheduling : If you wish to reschedule your class, a request should be made at least 4 days or 96 hours before the scheduled session. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to manage class capacity effectively and provide the best possible experience for all participants. Cancellation Policy & Disclaimer

Please note that the class is subject to cancellation if the minimum student enrollment is not achieved. We will contact you 3 days before. Late arrival : To respect others, no entry will be permitted 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Note that the instructional demonstration will not be repeated for late arrivals. All bookings and purchase are non-refundable. No exceptions. Rescheduling: Single Classes Reschedule Window: Request must be made at least 4 days (96 hours) before the start time. Late Reschedule Fee: A $35 fee per spot applies for requests made after the 4-day window. Transfer: Registration may be transferred to another individual if you cannot attend. 2 & 4 Week Courses Make-Up Classes: No make-up classes are provided. Reschedule Window (Full Course): Request must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) in advance. Late Reschedule Fee (Full Course): A $75 fee per spot applies for late requests. Missed Sessions: The instructor will complete your project(s) (clear glaze only) if you miss the trimming or glazing session. 6 & 8 Week Courses Make-Up Class: One make-up class may be accommodated, subject to scheduling and availability. Request Window: Must be submitted within 24 hours of the missed session. Note: Make-up classes are first come, first served and are not guaranteed. Reschedule Window (Full Course): Request must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) in advance. Late Reschedule Fee (Full Course): A $100 fee per spot applies for late requests. Missed Sessions: The instructor will complete your project(s) if you miss the final two sessions.
