FAQ
Do private bookings include the entire studio?
Not by default. Our studio has two separate rooms.
Wheel room and Handbuilding room.
Both rooms share a common sink area and a bar section, which remain accessible to other students unless you reserve the full studio.

What space is included in my booking?
Your booking gives you exclusive use of one room either the Wheel Room or the Handbuilding Room depending on the number of participant.
The shared areas (sink + bar section) are not private unless the entire studio is booked.
If you prefer full privacy or need both rooms, full studio rental is required (minimum spend applies).

Can I book the entire studio?
Yes. Full-studio bookings are available upon request.
These include both rooms + shared spaces fully reserved for your group.
Please contact us directly for availability and a custom quote.

Do you provide decoration?
We will do simple decoration such as a printout design of your events.
​
Can we bring our own food?
You are allowed to bring outside food but, we do not provide cutleries and plates. Please bring your own. Kindly ensure it is peanut-free.

Do you have selection of alcoholic drinks?
We offer a selection of wine and beer for purchase.
​
Can we bring in extra Alcoholic drink?
You are not allowed to bring any alcoholic drinks except wine.

Is there any corkage fee?
$25 per bottle if you bring your own wine.
​
How do we pick up the ready pieces?
We will courier the finished piece to 1 address.
Free delivery within: Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Markham & Scarborough
(Currently, no delivery outside these areas)​​
Important Notes
Deposit :
We require $200 for deposit to secure your date. This deposit is non refundable and will be subtracted from your total payments. Deposit must me made within 24 hours of receipt of invoice (time stamp on email).

Payments :
Payment must be completed one week before the scheduled date; failure to make the payment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the event. We do not accept separate payments.​
​
Refund :
Please note that all payments are non-refundable once they are made. This policy ensures that we can properly plan and allocate resources for your session. By completing your payment, you agree to this no-refund policy.
