What is your late arrival policy?
Please arrive on time for your class.
Demonstration will not be repeated for late arrivals.
No reschedule or refund will be provided for missed classes due to lateness.
What is your refund / cancellation policy?
All bookings and purchases are non-refundable.
No exceptions.
Can I reschedule my class?
Single Classes
( Tryout, Handbuilding, Fun Night Out, and Private One-On-One )
Reschedule window : Request must be made at least 4 days ( 96 hours ) before class.
Late reschedule fee : $35 per person if requested after 96 hours
Transfer option : you may transfer your spot to another individual if you cannot attend
2 & 4 Week Courses
No make-up classes are available
Reschedule full course : Request 5 days / 120 hours before the first class starts
Late reschedule fee : $75 per person for late requests
Missed sessions : Instructor will finish your piece(s) if you miss trimming or clear glaze only.

6 & 8 Week Courses
One make-up class may be offered ( Subject to schedule and availability , not guaranteed ) . Must be requested within 24 hours of the missed session.
Reschedule full course : Request 5 days / 120 hours before the first class.
Late reschedule fee : $100 per spot for late requests.
Missed final two sessions : Instructor will complete your piece(s) for you.

What if I'm sick or injured?
We are a small business, so we cannot offer refunds or last-minute reschedules for illness or injury.
If you are sick, please stay home. For one time class or private events, you are welcome to send friends in your place.

Are my pieces ready for pick up ?
Pottery pieces are ready for pick up 3 weeks after your class.
If you don’t receive an email, feel free to drop by. Sometimes the email went to your junk / spam.
Pick up hours : 12 - 6 PM, Tuesday to Saturday only - No pickup outside those hours. Our studio closes on Sunday and Monday.
We will wrap it for you and kindly bring your own bag to bring your pieces home, or you could purchase our tote bag for $6.49 with tax included.
Unclaimed pieces after 3 months will no longer be available.

My pottery pieces does not turn out how I expected. Can I get refund?
Pottery is a wonderfully unpredictable art form. During the drying and firing process, pieces may crack, warp, or experience other changes — this is part of what makes handmade pottery so unique.
While Pottery Dream will take great care in handling and firing your work, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or flaws that occur during the process. No refunds or replacements will be offered for damaged pieces.
We always do our best to ensure your creations are handled with care and finished beautifully.

How do I redeem Gift card?
You should receive a 16 digit code.
