No, we only offer e-gift cards that are delivered digitally.

How do I send a gift card to someone?
When purchasing, you can choose to:

Send the gift card directly to the recipient’s email, or

Send it to yourself and forward it later.
What if I sent the confirmation email instead of the gift card code?
The confirmation email is not the gift card. It only confirms your purchase. To send the gift card to the recipient, make sure you forward the email that contains the gift card code.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Copy the gift card code from your email.

Apply it at checkout in the “Gift Card/Promo Code” section.

The amount will be deducted from your order total.

What if I lost my gift card code?
No worries! Contact us at hello@potterydream.com with your order details, and we can help resend the gift card code.
