Class Description
Located at 125 Danforth Avenue, 2F. Price for one person : $185 + tax Price for two person : $275 + tax Why private and why our studio? In our private one-on-one Handbuilding class, you'll receive personalized guidance and feedback, allowing you to learn and create at your own pace. Whether you're new to pottery or looking to enhance your skills, our instructor will teach you fundamental techniques, including slab building, coiling, and pinch pots. You'll be guided through the entire process—from shaping and molding clay to designing and crafting your own unique pieces. After the Handbuilding session, you’ll have the opportunity to paint your creations, adding your personal touch and bringing them to life. These sessions are tailored to your individual needs, ensuring a focused and enriching experience in a relaxed and supportive environment! We are also open for those who would like to do private weekly classes. Please email us at hello@potterydream.com What is included : 2.5 hours one-on-one basic Handbuilding experience, the last 15 minutes will be dedicated to cleaning. 1.25kg Clay. Tools necessary for Handbuilding process Complimentary delivery included within: Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Markham & Scarborough. As of now, we aren't able to deliver outside of this radius. What to bring : Apron and towel We DO NOT provide apron. Please wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Important Note: Finished pieces will be delivered in four weeks after the class. While instruction is private—limited to you, your guest (if applicable), and your instructor—the session takes place in a shared studio environment. Please avoid wearing short skirts or dresses as you will be sitting with your legs around the wheel during the class. Additionally, long nails can make it challenging to work effectively on the wheel, so please consider trimming them before class. Refund Eligibility : No refunds Rescheduling : If you wish to reschedule your class, a request should be made at least 4 days or 96 hours before the scheduled start of the class. If a reschedule request is made less than 4 days or 96 hours in advance of the scheduled session, a rescheduling fee of $35 per person will apply. However, you are welcome to transfer the class registration to another individual if you prefer. Please make sure read the Term & Condition before signing up.
