Simple techniques, guided steps, and pieces you’ll actually want to keep. Perfect for beginners. FAQ - Class Policies and Information Extras Additional pieces $10 each ( including trimming, clear glaze and firing ) Coloured glaze upgrade +$8 per piece Class Cancellation Classes may be cancelled if the minimum number of students isn’t met You will be notified 3 days before if this happens Late Arrival Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in Class starts on time, no demo repeats to respect others Refund Policy All bookings and purchases are non-refundable No exceptions Rescheduling Policy Reschedule window : At least 4 days ( 96 hours ) before start time. Late reschedule fee : $35 per spot Transfer option : You can transfer your registration to someone else if you can’t attend.
