Class Description
Age 19+ Location: 125 Danforth Avenue, 2F, Toronto Important Note: This class is no refund and rescheduling request should be made at least 4 days before the scheduled start of the class. No exceptions. Arrive 5 minutes early to get settle in. Class will start on time and the instructor will not repeat demo to ensure smooth session and to be fair to other students. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the class, and no refunds will be provided. Join us for a special and fun clay night at Pottery Dream. You will create a unique set of pottery pieces while learning the fundamentals of pottery-making. We guarantee a truly enjoyable and memorable experience that you will cherish for years to come. The price includes : First and last 15 minutes will be used for check-in, check-out and mix & mingle. Booking for 1 person. 1 Refreshment included. Finishing, Glazing, and Firing optional one piece per person. Pieces need to be picked up 3 months after the class, otherwise it will be no longer available for pick up. However, you will have the option to keep more pieces for an additional $10 for 1 pieces. This fee covers the finishing process, including trimming, bisque firing, and glazing for each extra piece you choose to keep. Finished pieces will be ready to pick up in three weeks after the class. We recommend wearing something comfortable that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. Please avoid wearing short skirts or dresses as you will be sitting with your legs around the wheel during the class. Additionally, long nails can make it challenging to work effectively on the wheel, so please consider trimming them before the class Refund Eligibility : No refunds Rescheduling : If you wish to reschedule your class, a request should be made at least 4 days or 96 hours before the scheduled start of the class. If a reschedule request is made less than 4 days or 96 hours in advance of the scheduled session, a rescheduling fee of $35 per person will apply. However, you are welcome to transfer the class registration to another individual if you prefer. Please make sure read the Term & Condition before signing up.
Cancellation Policy & Disclaimer
Please note that the class is subject to cancellation if the minimum student enrollment is not achieved. We will contact you 3 days before. Late arrival : To respect others, no entry will be permitted 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Note that the instructional demonstration will not be repeated for late arrivals. All bookings and purchase are non-refundable. No exceptions. Rescheduling: Single Classes Reschedule Window: Request must be made at least 4 days (96 hours) before the start time. Late Reschedule Fee: A $35 fee per spot applies for requests made after the 4-day window. Transfer: Registration may be transferred to another individual if you cannot attend. 2 & 4 Week Courses Make-Up Classes: No make-up classes are provided. Reschedule Window (Full Course): Request must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) in advance. Late Reschedule Fee (Full Course): A $75 fee per spot applies for late requests. Missed Sessions: The instructor will complete your project(s) (clear glaze only) if you miss the trimming or glazing session. 6 & 8 Week Courses Make-Up Class: One make-up class may be accommodated, subject to scheduling and availability. Request Window: Must be submitted within 24 hours of the missed session. Note: Make-up classes are first come, first served and are not guaranteed. Reschedule Window (Full Course): Request must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) in advance. Late Reschedule Fee (Full Course): A $100 fee per spot applies for late requests. Missed Sessions: The instructor will complete your project(s) if you miss the final two sessions.
