Class Description

No Artistic Experience Required. Location: 125 Danforth Avenue, 2F, Toronto Age 19+ Price includes: First and last 15 minutes will be used for check-in, check-out and mix & mingle. Studio use for 2.5 hours Underglaze and supply you need Charcuterie and one non alcoholic refreshment included. Alcoholic drinks are available for purchase. Not included : Pottery pieces Note: Only pottery pieces purchased from our studio or pieces you previously made during one of our wheel or handbuilding sessions are permitted for painting. Pieces made of our studio are STRICTLY PROHIBITTED. The Process: Choose your pottery piece from our collection. Every pieces are handmade so no two are identical. Price range from $4 - $55 depending on the size. From small dishes to mugs to decoration pieces. We do not have plates but occasionally offer cereal size bowls. Select your colours and get ready to paint. Leave your painted pottery with us for glazing and firing. Finished pieces will be ready to pick up in three weeks after the class and will be held for three months after the email. While we take every reasonable precaution for optimal kiln operation, the ceramic process is inherently variable. Factors like clay properties and kiln dynamics can lead to unpredictable outcomes, including damage, cracking, warping, or other imperfections. By participating in our studio services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks as a natural part of the creative process. You agree not to hold Pottery Dream or its associated personnel responsible for any defects or damage that may occur at any stage, including the firing process. Refund Eligibility : No refunds. Including pieces that sustain damage or fail to successfully complete the kiln firing process. Rescheduling : If you wish to reschedule your class, a request should be made at least 4 days or 96 hours before the scheduled start of the class. A rescheduling fee of $35 per spot applies for late requests made after the 4-days window. However, you are welcome to transfer the class registration to another individual if you prefer. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to manage class capacity effectively and provide the best possible experience for all participants. Cancellation Policy & Disclaimer

Please note that the class is subject to cancellation if the minimum student enrollment is not achieved. We will contact you 3 days before. Late arrival : To respect others, no entry will be permitted 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Note that the instructional demonstration will not be repeated for late arrivals. All bookings and purchase are non-refundable. No exceptions. Rescheduling: Single Classes Reschedule Window: Request must be made at least 4 days (96 hours) before the start time. Late Reschedule Fee: A $35 fee per spot applies for requests made after the 4-day window. Transfer: Registration may be transferred to another individual if you cannot attend. 2 & 4 Week Courses Make-Up Classes: No make-up classes are provided. Reschedule Window (Full Course): Request must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) in advance. Late Reschedule Fee (Full Course): A $75 fee per spot applies for late requests. Missed Sessions: The instructor will complete your project(s) (clear glaze only) if you miss the trimming or glazing session. 6 & 8 Week Courses Make-Up Class: One make-up class may be accommodated, subject to scheduling and availability. Request Window: Must be submitted within 24 hours of the missed session. Note: Make-up classes are first come, first served and are not guaranteed. Reschedule Window (Full Course): Request must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) in advance. Late Reschedule Fee (Full Course): A $100 fee per spot applies for late requests. Missed Sessions: The instructor will complete your project(s) if you miss the final two sessions. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to manage class capacity effectively and provide the best possible experience for all participants.
