Class Description

Location: 125 Danforth Avenue, 2F Toronto Kick off Pride Month with a creative night of pottery! In this special edition of our Fun Night Out series, you'll design and handbuild your own ceramic trinket dish using simple slab-building techniques — no experience needed. Whether you want to create something playful, beautiful, scandalous or meaningful , this is your space to express yourself and connect with others in a welcoming environment. Bring a friend (or make some new ones), enjoy good vibes, and make something truly personal to take home. What's included: 500 gr of clay Expert guidance from experienced instructors Enjoy a fun and relaxed atmosphere Finishing, Glazing, and Firing What to Bring: An apron or old shirt to protect your clothes A notebook or sketchbook for jotting down ideas Refund Eligibility : No refunds. Rescheduling : If you wish to reschedule your class, a request should be made at least 4 days or 96 hours before the scheduled session. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bigotry, discrimination, and harassment of any kind. Any behavior that compromises the inclusive environment we uphold will result in immediate removal from our space, with no refund issued. Let’s work together to make Pottery Dream a positive, safe space for all. Please note that the class is subject to cancellation if the minimum student enrollment is not achieved. For weekly students, if you arrive late to class after the demo has started, please note that the instructor will not repeat the demo. This policy is to respect other students who arrived on time. For single class student, please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the class, and no refunds will be provided. Refund Eligibility : No refunds Rescheduling : If you wish to reschedule your class, a request should be made at least 4 days or 96 hours before the scheduled start of the class. If a reschedule request is made less than 4 days or 96 hours in advance of the scheduled session, a rescheduling fee of $35 per person will apply. However, you are welcome to transfer the class registration to another individual if you prefer. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to manage class capacity effectively and provide the best possible experience for all participants. Disclaimer : Please note that while we take great care in the firing process, we cannot guarantee the outcome of each piece. Factors such as clay type, glaze application, and kiln conditions can affect the final results. We are not responsible for any damage, cracking, or other imperfections that may occur during firing. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and accept that the results are part of the learning and creative process.
